ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

GEOFF STAZ

Geoff has 15 years of experience in both personal and group fitness settings and currently attends the Swedish Institute Massage Therapy program in NYC.

 

Geoff travels yearly to Japan and South Africa for Karate training, resides in the Hudson Valley, and is usually with his dog, Sunday.
