ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

GEOFF STAZ

Geoff has 15 years of experience in both personal and group fitness settings and is a licensed massage therapist (Swedish Institute Massage Therapy program in NYC).

 

Geoff travels yearly to Japan and South Africa for Karate training, resides in the Hudson Valley, and is usually with his dog, Sunday.

Her workouts are designed to push your limits, build strength, and boost endurance—all within a supportive, challenging environment that meets you where you are and helps you level up.
