
Our karate program offers a traditional, full contact instruction with a strong kata (form) component. Classes range from 4 years old to adult (16 years and up).

The lineage of this facility traces directly to Gogen Yamaguchi, founder of I.K.G.A. (International Karatedo GojuKai Association).

Sensei Geoff Staz is an officially recognized 4th Dan (4th level blackbelt) instructor under this organization.

CHILDREN’S KARATE PROGRAM
(4-15 yrs)
This facility is dedicated to raising a community of strong and resilient young karatekas with a keen sense of social justice. The program is fun, but it is also strict. Students will starting in the "Beginner" class, where they will be introduced to kumite (sparring), which can develop some hugely important life skills.
When ready, these young karatekas will then graduate to a "Color Belt" class to continue their Karate training and education.​


ADULT KARATE PROGRAM
(16 yrs and up)
Our Adult class follows a traditional Goju (Okinawan origin) Karate program. We are answerable to our headquarters in Japan for the upkeep of excellent standards, and we strive to create a community of strong karatekas. We encourage you to join our dojo. We promise a fun, exciting and life enhancing experience!
