This 8-week Foundation Series is designed for people who want to build Strength, Conditioning and Confidence before joining our bootcamp classes.

What happens in a class?

In addition to cardiovascular conditioning (using ski erg, spin bike, row machine and Airdyne) classes begin primarily with bodyweight training, gradually progressing to using kettlebells and dumbbells as strength and skill improve.

 

This program emphasizes specific and constant feedback during every class. Your instructor will closely observe movement, provide personalized cues, and offer modifications so each participant progresses safely and effectively.
