Do I need to have previous knowledge of self defense or exercise training?

No previous experience is needed! We work with children and adults just starting out in martial arts (or getting in shape) as well as those that have had years of training.

Can I purchase a karate suit from Stazfit?

Yes! We offer a high quality gi (karate suit) at a competitive price.

 

Are there different levels of group fitness classes?

Each of Stazfit's group fitness classes have people with differing experience, strength, and fitness levels. But don't worry! Your instructor will work with you to modify exercises, as needed, for your individual needs!

Are there showers at Stazfit?

While there are no showers, we do provide drinking water for your classes (bring your own bottle!).
